This notice explains how RegulatorOne handles personal information on this public website (regulatorone.com). The RegulatorOne platform used by regulators and operators is covered by the agreements and privacy terms provided to those organisations.

What we collect

This website has no forms, user accounts, advertising or analytics, and sets no cookies.

If you email us (for example at info@regulatorone.com), we receive your name, email address and anything you include in your message. We use it only to reply and to follow up on your enquiry.

Service providers

The website is hosted on Amazon Web Services, which processes standard technical information (such as IP address and browser type) to deliver pages securely. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers when the page loads. Our email is provided by Google Workspace.

How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as needed to deal with your enquiry and any resulting relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed.

Your rights

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it, under the data-protection law that applies to you (for example, the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023). Email info@regulatorone.com and we will respond.
